Paper Bag Bear Puppets

July 21, 2014momstownCraftNo comments
Continuing our bear theme, momstown read “The Very Brave Bear” by Nick Bland and made a fun Paper Bag Bear Puppet. Check out the instructions for the link to a free printable to make your own!

At Tales for Tots each month, momstown’s monthly book selection is shared in story time, proudly sponsored by literacy partner Scholastic Canada. This month, we read Nick Bland's "The Very Brave Bear" to a room full of excited kids at All Natural Babies. The kids loved the story! They laughed at the antics of the two main characters as each tried to prove that he was braver than the other. After our story, we made our Paper Bag Bear Puppets and then sang some bear songs using our puppets. Make your own puppet below with the template!
