What happens if I need to cancel a pre-booked space?

We know that things happen – children get sick or plans change. If this happens, please call as soon as you can so that we can give the spot to another family. We are unable to provide a refund but can reschedule your visit.

What safety procedures do you have in place for children with allergies?

If your child has a serious allergy, please inform the staff and note it on the registration form. They will ask you to complete an allergy action plan form. This provides us with valuable information about the symptoms your child may display which indicate an allergic reaction and what the staff need to do next. If your child has medication or an epi-pen, they cannot be left in your child’s bag (this carries the risk that another child may find them). If you have to bring medication to Santa’s Workshop please leave it with the staff so that they can keep it in a safe place while you are out of the room.

How will you contact me if my child is upset or there is an emergency?

If your child needs you at any time while they are in Santa’s Workshop we will call you on the phone number you have provided. Parents/Guardian must remain accessible by phone at all times while children are in Santa’s Workshop.

What options do I have for payment?

Payment must made when you arrive at Santa’s Workshop. We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Cash. Payment for online bookings is accepted by Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
